Refund policy
14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers who purchase online may notify Fivamo that they are withdrawing from an eligible purchase within 14 days after the day the goods are delivered, without giving a reason. If one order is delivered in several shipments, the period begins when the final item is delivered.
To exercise this right, email fivamodotcom@gmail.com before the deadline with your name, order number, item, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Return condition
You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop. Returned goods should include all supplied parts, manuals, accessories, and packaging where reasonably possible. We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics, and function.
The statutory withdrawal right may not apply where a legal exception applies, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Any applicable exception will be identified before purchase.
How to return an item
Contact us before sending an item. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, include the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label where possible. We will provide return instructions.

Do not send a return to a supplier or another address unless we provide that address in writing.
Return shipping and original delivery costs
- For a change-of-mind withdrawal, the customer pays the direct return cost.
- If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or not the item ordered, Fivamo will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping as required by law.
- Following a valid withdrawal, we refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra amount paid for an upgraded delivery method is not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
Refunds
We refund amounts due to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you supply evidence that you sent them, whichever occurs first.
Fivamo does not charge a refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post an issued refund.
Cancellations and exchanges
To request cancellation before dispatch, email us immediately. If the order has not entered dispatch, we will cancel it and return the payment to the original method. If it has been dispatched, you may use the withdrawal process above where eligible.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order.
Faulty goods and legal guarantee
The withdrawal right is separate from your rights when goods are faulty or do not match their description. For new goods sold to consumers in Spain, Fivamo honours the statutory legal guarantee for lack of conformity for three years from delivery. Remedies are provided free of charge as required by law. No additional commercial warranty applies unless a product page expressly states one in documented terms.
These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
