Where we ship

Fivamo ships only to destinations enabled at checkout. Available destination and service options are shown before payment.

Prices and shipping charges are displayed in euros (EUR). Any tax, duty, or import charge will be disclosed or handled as required for the destination before you are bound by the order.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A dispatch confirmation is sent when the order leaves fulfilment.

Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is within 8 days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Remote locations, carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, or customs processing may cause delay. If we cannot meet an agreed delivery time, we will contact you and you retain all rights available under applicable law.

Shipping rate

The standard shipping charge is €4.97 per order for destinations where this rate is offered. The total shipping charge is shown before payment. No free-shipping threshold is currently offered.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking is provided when supported by the selected service. You are responsible for entering a complete delivery address. To request an address correction, email us immediately. An address cannot be changed after the carrier accepts the parcel.

If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused or not collected, we will contact you about available redelivery or refund options. Any deduction or additional charge will be limited to actual, lawful costs and explained before action is taken.

Damaged, missing, or lost orders

Contact fivamodotcom@gmail.com promptly with the order number and, for damage or missing contents, photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and item. Keep all packaging while the case is reviewed. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Customers are not responsible for carrier damage or loss before delivery.
